Terms of Service

Commissions are not taken on a first come first serve basis. Please don't rush your request.

Pricing

Payment is via PayPal invoice.
Payment is upfront.
I don't issue refunds after the sketching stage unless I can't complete the commission for health reasons.
Listed prices are base prices. The price will be calculated individually based on the piece's complexity. Complexity fees can be viewed here.
Please provide visual reference. A commission without visual reference will be subject to a design charge, or declined.
Additional subjects, like characters, weapons, or pets will affect the final price depending on the complexity of said subject.
Commissions with a tight deadline will be subject to a rush fee.
Commissions are digital artwork only, no physical product will be delivered.

Process

First, I will send you a progress sketch to be reviewed. Once I receive confirmation to continue with your commission, you will receive two more progress updates. One for flat colors and another for final checks. However, you can also request more updates as we go.
Once the commission is complete I will send you a full resolution (300dpi) PNG.
Major changes, such as redesigning or redoing large portions of composition, will require an additional fee.

Posting

Clients may post their commission to social media with credit to me at @elflock.bsky.social.
I strictly prohibit my work from being put through any AI engine or minted.
I am allowed to post commissioned work to my portfolio and social media unless otherwise requested.
I own all rights to the work.

Commercial Use
